STENCILS/SOCKS/DECALS: All sales are final. If you have questions, please contact us. If for some reason we have not yet shipped out your stencils/socks/decals, we will be able to cancel your order. If we have already shipped your item, all sales are final. Once again, please contact us with any questions. Normally, Stencils/Socks/Decals are shipped within a few hours.
SHOES/PAINTED APPAREL: Please remember all payment is non-refundable because these are custom painted designs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Duty, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees and International shipping (out of the USA) I will not claim responsibility if the item gets lost...only for lost items for customers in the USA (since insurance only works for USA locations due to tracking).
International Customers, you are purchasing at your own risk! Please remember that all sizes are in USA SIZES as well.
After you pay for the shoes/listing you cannot request changes on the design. If, for some reason, I can do the requested change, it will be more costly and you will have to pay an additional fee for all changes prior to me shipping the footwear. Make sure to ask all questions and make requests prior to ordering.
Coupon codes will not be accepted on Custom orders (example: brand new designs).
SHIPPING POLICY:
WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP OUT?
Socks/Decals/Stencils will typically ship out within a few days. Please look at the shipping section of your cart when you order. Most Sock/Decal/Stencil orders will arrive to you within 6-10+ business days or less. Normal shipment is via USPS first class mail. Sometimes Priority Mail (2-3 Day) will be available.
SHOES/PAINTED DESIGNS: Shipping time varies greatly, but will normally take 5-7+ weeks.
SOME ORDERS WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHOE BOX--I normally buy from Eastbay, Footaction, and Footlocker and they continue to send me smashed boxes...therefore I will NOT include the original shoe box in the order.
HOW WE SHIP:
In most cases we ship via USPS and domestic packages will include tracking and insurance in the shipping fee.
International rates vary, so feel free to contact us if you have specific questions. Remember that you are purchasing at your own risk--once it is delivered to the post office you are taking a chance of it getting lost. If you need tracking please contact me prior to ordering and I can get tracking for a much higher fee. You MUST contact me PRIOR to ordering so I can charge the correct amount for the tracking/insurance fee (normally $20 or more on top of the regular fee).
Please take the time to double check your address information is correct.
If a package is returned to us because the address the customer provides is incomplete/inaccurate/vacant/refused/returned to me for whatever reason etc...the customer will be responsible for the fees to re-ship the item [you must contact me with the correct address].
We use the address provided on your PayPal account/listed as the address to ship to, so Double Check your address!
Also, if you are worried a package may be stolen off of your porch/etc please contact me prior to ordering to have a signature confirmation (this is $5 more for USA residents) for your order. If an item was "stolen" that is on you--since you could have received signature confirmation for the added fee. Thank you for your understanding.

If the shipment gets lost I will not be responsible, since insurance doesn't work outside the USA. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST. I will not claim responsibility. I will provide tracking via USPS but I have no means of knowing when it arrives. Hence, you will be responsible and understand that if the order gets lost I am unable to refund your purchase. Please remember to double check your shipping address. If you provide the wrong address (forget the unit/apartment number/wrong street etc), you will be responsible for shipping costs.
I have shipped to the Netherlands, the UK, Canada, Turkey, and Australia and all items have arrived in good condition- but please be aware that it is possible the item can get lost and I am unable to refund your money if that occurs.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER:
USA residents: your order will have a tracking number and you can see where your item is located. If it is listed as delivered on USPS, it has been delivered. Make sure you are there the date it is to be delivered. If you are worried about an item being stolen/etc please contact me prior to ordering about getting a signature required [for an additional fee] to ensure you receive it.
International Customers: you will receive the USPS tracking number but it normally does not track outside the USA. If you need tracking number via USPS Priority or Express mail you must contact me PRIOR to ordering and I can factor that additional tracking fee [which will be additional]. Once I have ship the shoes it is a risk, since there is always the possibility of them getting lost. You assume this risk and understand I will not offer any kind of refund once I ship the shoes. Again, you will assume the responsibility of paying the tariffs, fees, etc.
If you purchase from a restricted country that I am unable to ship to, I will refund you order (there are very few restricted countries).
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of this work, we are UNABLE to accept returns and all sales are FINAL.

If you selected a wrong item/I have questions regarding your item you must reply to my emails. Failure to do so may mean that I must terminate the payment and refund your order. Please check your emails after placing an order to avoid this from occurring. I will attempt to email you 3x for 3 days. If you do not respond to my emails with my question (normally this occurs when you provide an incorrect shipping address), I will have to cancel your order. You will have your order cancelled and refunded and be charged a 5-10% fee. If you would like to re-order please do so with a correct address.
Custom work-Please remember that digital mock ups are only an example of how they might look and may vary due to the hand painted nature. Again no refunds for variations to the end product as it may be a variation of the requested design-not exact as the pictured digital mock up.
If you have never worn Nikes/TOMS/Vans/Janoskis/Converse/Nike Roshes/AF1/Timberlands, etc before, we HIGHLY encourage you to visit your local retailer to determine your correct size! We do NOT accept returns due to sizing issues or shoes that you deem "fall apart/rip/break/etc" too easily.
All shoes are bought from vendors that are well known and not fakes.
All Pairs of Shoes are a work of art and must be treated with utmost care, or the design may become damaged. Any activity that puts stress on the shoes is not recommended. If you have not worn a particular brand of shoe please remember that each brand holds up differently. I recommend currently owning the brand you select already (I suggest owning that brand for 2+ months)-so you know how the brand holds up.

If you have any concerns regarding the artwork, please contact us directly ASAP.
Because we order your specific shoe size as soon as possible, we do not accept order cancellations. Please ask us any questions you may have before purchasing to avoid any confusion.
NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason, for wrong addresses/wrong sizes/"stolen" off your porch/etc.
SERVICE/INCONVENIENCE FEE
If for some reason we did not yet order your shoes from the vendor and are able to refund the payment, you will only receive 90% back--the 10% that you do not receive back is a service charge.~~
I reserve the right to cancel an order, if I find that the transaction will not work out, for any reason. If I cancel the transaction I will refund your $ with the above stated terms. I have the right to refund/refuse an order for whatever reason. If I cancel the order your refund will be the full amount.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
100% hand painted/airbrushed! The shoes are brand new---Nike®/Vans®/Toms®/Adidas®/Timberland®, etc.

Because these shoes are all handmade/painted/stitched/etc please remember that there will be slight variations--adding to the uniqueness of your shoes!

Send a message with as many details as possible about your design. Please include the shoe brand/size (men's/women's/children's)/design ideas/colors of the shoes and painted colors/pictures with design ideas/etc--the more detailed information the better.
This is NOT for the total cost of the shoes--only for the design work (A Digital Drawing or Hand Drawn Rendering) which will be sent via email.
Final prices range from $150-550+ and can take 5-8+ weeks. Price includes the base shoe and painted/airbrushed design.
The price does not include the shipping cost (USA residents shipping $17-27+ depending on the weight and size of the shoes and 29-65+ for non-USA residents).

You must purchase a Design Fee for $20 and THEN the Final Design ($150-550) for the total price of the shoes/painted artwork.
In order to get a custom by HJartistry you must reserve a slot in advance with a $20 non-refundable deposit (the deposit is to pay for the design time, etc).
HOW MUCH WILL CUSTOM SHOES COST?
1. You contact us, prior to purchasing the design, to make sure I am able to do the design you would like, with all the details about what type of shoes you would like--as many details as possible please.
2. Once I confirm I am able to do a design--please PURCHASE this $20 listing. I will work out 1-2 different design ideas (if you need multiple details/changes etc the cost will increase).
3. I will send you 1-2 different designs and the price estimates for the shoes [also let me know what your budget is, so I can accommodate. Please remember that the estimate includes the shoe and all the work. The shipping cost is extra] and remember that prices start at $150 all the way up to $550+
4. You purchase the final listing (that I will post up separately for you). You must purchase the final listing in order to receive the shoes. Since this listing is just for the mock up.
5. Please remember that shipping is and additional fee.

Designing a Sneaker is a process and the more details on the desired custom you can give the better your customs will be.
If you are unsure of what you want and want to give complete freedom to the artist on your custom that can be done as well.
How much?
- Each custom is a unique process and the total cost depends on the materials, shoe size, complexity and most importantly the TIME it takes to do the work. Keep in mind it is a private custom design and only a limited amount are made every month.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SHOES?
After you purchase the $20 Design Fee, and then the final listing, it will take approximately 5-7+ weeks. I do not do rush orders at this time. Each HJartistry custom is executed into a masterpiece, I strive to put out the highest quality possible.
If a design is not possible I will let you know when you send me the initial email.
I highly recommend that you own the brand/style of shoes that you select for 1-2 months prior to ordering a custom pair--since all shoes wear differently/durability/etc.

CUSTOM 1 OF 1 DESIGN:
In order to get a 1 of 1 custom you must REQUEST that it is a ONE OF ONE. 1 of 1s are more expensive because I will not duplicate the design. If you do not specify that you would like it to be a 1 of 1 the design, the design may/will be duplicated. All other custom shoes may be duplicated again unless you state 1 of 1 and it will be approximately 2-3x the normal cost, since it is a one of one design.
