SHIPPING/TRACKING INFO

When do you ship my order and how can I see the tracking information?

 

Currently, we ship 2x a week (due to the care of an infant).

 

We will email you the tracking number when your order is sent. Please remember that it takes approximately 7+ days for your order to arrive if you are in the USA (approximately 5-7+ business days for stencils). Orders outside the USA can take up to 15+ business days.

You can track your order on the email you receive. If you are not sure if an email was sent, you can look in your email (and junk folder) and search HJartistry.

My order never arrived

Please check the tracking on your item. Please remember that if you give us the wrong address you will be responsible for re-shipping fees. If USPS lost your package, please contact them with your tracking number for more information.

In our 9 years of business, we have never had a package get lost with USPS...but we have had customers give us the wrong addresses.

 

Remember to triple check your address and be sure to add your apartment or unit number (if you have one). 

You’ve sent me the wrong items/certain items are missing

 

This has never happened to me in the past 9 years. However, if this does occur please contact us and we will fix the error. 

REFUNDS/PAYMENT

I want to cancel my order and get a refund

 

As stated in the policies, all sales are final. Please do not purchase if you do not want our items.

 

If you provide a shipping address that is incorrect, you will be charged a 5% inconvenience fee, plus the additional shipping charges. 

If we did not yet start on your order and you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, you can get a refund, but will be charged a 5% fee (since we are charged a fee from our payment gateway provider). 

If you provide an incorrect address and we see that it is incorrect (our shipping label doesn't allow us to print it/duplicate apartment numbers/etc) we will contact you via email. We will attempt to contact you 3x via email for your correct address. We will contact you once per day for 3 days. If you do not respond, we will refund you order--you will be charged the 5% gateway fee/inconvenience fee.

I am located in Central PA in a small little town.

I do not have a brick and mortar shop...just a small studio in my home :) Thank you for supporting a small, one woman business, from my house! We appreciate you and your purchase!

SHIPPING/ORDER INFO

Has my order been sent yet/can I track my order ?

 

We will email you the tracking number when your order is sent. Please remember that it takes approximately 3-7+ weeks for your order to arrive if you are in the USA for shoes (approximately 3-7+ business days if you order socks). Orders outside the USA can take up to 5-8+ weeks.

I want to cancel my order and get a refund

 

As stated in the policies, all sales are final. All Stencils/Decals/Socks/Shoe orders are final. We start by ordering your base shoe and we may have already begun to customize your shoes.

 

Since each pair is customized in accordance to the size, brand, color, design, we are unable to cancel/refund your order.

 

Returns for any reason are not permitted-unless we are at fault for an error. If we did not yet start on your order we might be able to cancel the order--you will be charged a 10% inconvenience fee. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order to receive your refund. Keep in mind you will be charged a 10% fee, 

You’ve sent me the wrong items/certain items are missing

 

This has never happened to us in the past 9 years. However, if this does occur, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your package with photos etc and we will fix the error.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping Prices vary depending on what you purchased. Shipping prices for shoes in the USA are normally $10-20+ when ordering shoes. However, we have most shipping costs at less than $15.  

Shoes take 4-7+ weeks until they arrive. The shipping time may vary depending on your country's customs. Please remember that you are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, fees, etc.

Also, if you ship shoes/apparel to me (this option is only possible under certain circumstances) you must track and have insurance on your shipment to me--ideally USPS PRIORITY. If tracking does not prove that it was delivered to me, your claim will be void. You must prove that you shipped your item(s) to me and have valid tracking, and receipts, and insurance, and documents, etc. This also helps me know when to expect your items.

SHOES

I received the shoes, but they don't fit

 

All sales are final. We HIGHLY recommend trying on that brand of shoes and double checking everything PRIOR to placing your order, as all sales are final.

I’ve found the sneakers I want, but can’t select my size

 

Contact us with your requested size and we will see if we can find the base shoe...in most cases if it is not listed it is not available. Please contact us to double check!

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

We try to explain the details of the base sneaker brand in the listing. The base shoes we use are all authentic and the common brands we use are Toms, Converse, Nike, Vans, Timberland, etc.

All shoes are customized using pro grade paints/fabrics/etc.

Also, keep in mind that the closer you are to PA, the faster you might receive your order. Normally, shipping to the east coast, is a day or 2 faster than shipping to the west coast.
